Training and education are most in demand.

Fax-back results indicate that people concerned and involved with hearing conservation programs are unconvinced that their efforts are successful, and that they feel that training is one of the primary deficiencies in their current programs.  The next issue of The Noise Monitor will contain analysis of what aspects of current programs are considered most effective by survey respondents.
